INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (250 ml) of fruit (apples, grapes, strawberries, etc …)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon (45 ml) honey
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of cereal, choice

 

METHOD

  1. If needed, clean, remove stems and cut the fruit
  2. In 2 serving bowls, place in order: yogurt, cereals, honey and fruit
  3. Top with a spoon of yogurt as decoration
